GLEN ECHO'S SPANISH BALLROOM
Relive the magic of the Swing Era in the beautifully-renovatedSpanish Ballroom at Glen Echo Park, just inside the Washington Beltway at 7300 MacArthur Boulevard, Glen Echo, Maryland. International Jitterbug Champions Tom Koerner and Debra Sternberg lead a one-hour Swing/Lindy workshop before each dance. The workshop starts at 8 p.m., and the band wails from 9 - midnight. This is generally a large event, so don't be surprised if you're asked to park in overflow parking in the grass. Due to the ever-rising costs of survival in the Washington area, beginning June 23, our price of admission is $15 for adults, $8 for kids 13 years old and under.
